BEST
WAY TO TAKE IT
You should
always start with a loading phase, begin by taking 20-25g daily
in 4-5 smaller servings in divided doses throughout the day, 5g
servings seems to offer the best results. This loading phase will
last for 5 days. Then after that you will use the CREATINE this
way, on the days that you do not train take it 1st thing in the
morning with breakfast and again with dinner later in the evening.
I use the same system morning and evening on my training days.
Though I will also take it pre w/o and post w/o. I really am a
big believer in using the CREATINE this way as when you train
you deplete your body of a lot of it's vital carbohydrates and
other important nutrients, by loading up prior to and after your
w/o, I find that I am able to maintain more fullness to the muscle
and my strength is increased. I also recommend cycling the use
of CREATINE; I will use CREATINE for at least 6 weeks then cycle
of for no more than 2 weeks.
OTHER
IMPORTANT FACTS
You should drink as
much water as possible when using the CREATINE as it helps with
the absorption of the CREATINE and it also seems to help fill
out the muscles. I personally drink at least 2-3 gallons of water
daily.
CREATINE works best when mixed with a simple sugar as it absorbs
better and faster, the CREATINE TRANSPORT does what the name suggests
in the KAIZEN line, it helps with the absorption of the CREATINE.
The only concern with the TRANSPORT is that it also increases
the carbohydrates in your diet, for some this is no big deal.
But if you are on a calorie-restricted diet, the added carbs should
be avoided. If you are taking just pure CREATINE by it self, ensure
that you are having some Carbohydrates when possible.
