Welcome to the initial release of Guy Grundy's Bodybuilding DVD Series! The aim of the series is to entertain and to educate. We will have multiple editions out each and every year. Each installment will feature four bodybuilders in which you will see first hand how they train, the weights they use, number of sets and reps, and their form while training. You get a ringside seat as we follow the athletes around while they get busy doing what they do best! We interact with the athletes during their workouts to get a more in-depth understanding of why they are successful. We ask the questions our viewer’s want answered! We get the inside scoop on how they train, the supplements they use, what they eat and a whole lot more. We also sit down with the guys to conduct up close and personal interviews. This feature allows the viewer to see the personalities of each athlete; most fans don't know what their favorite bodybuilder’s personalities are like. We shed light on who they are and their backgrounds, their likes, dislikes and their goals for the future. You get to see first hand what makes these people tick, and what separates them from the pack. This series is loaded with never before seen special features, while the editing and special effects are setting a new standard in the industry for DVDs.
