Our on-line ordering system is 100% secure. Your credit card
number will be encrypted during transmission.
Money
Orders:
Please make sure your name, shipping address,
item name and quantity is with your money order. The money order
must be made out to Guy Grundy, Inc. We will ship the products as
soon as we receive the money order. No order will ship until
we receive payment. Please contact us before sending your money
order to verify the shipping cost for your order.
Shipping
Options
We
ship most orders received by 1:00PM PST Monday thru Friday on
the same business day. Most orders are shipped by USPS. Orders
shipped via Ground will take an approximate of 3-7 business days
to deliver from the day the order was shipped. Please note that
carrier does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
Please be aware that orders placed after 1:00PM PST will usually
go out the next business day. We do NOT request or require a signature
for USPS, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package
if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area
and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package
at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS
driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This
also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have
asked us to include on your shipping label.
We
do not ship (APO/FPO) at this time
All
"FREE SHIPPING" orders will go out ONLY via Ground shipping
methods!!!

Sales
Tax
Currently,
only California residents are subject to sales tax collected by
Guy Grundy, Inc.
Damages
and Shortages
Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages
(missing items) must be reported to Guy Grundy, Inc within 24 hours
of delivery. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection
of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for
the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise.
Returns
You
must contact us during our normal business hours before returning
any merchandise for authorization. Merchandise must be returned
at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to
receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise
returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. A 25% restocking
fee will be applied to returns after 10 days. No product returns
will be accepted after 30 days. On the rare occasion that we may
ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the
product or it will void your right to return it.

Guarantees
If
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason,
simply return it to us along with your receipt for a prompt, courteous
replacement, exchange or refund. You must contact us via E-Mail
prior to returning any merchandise for authorization. Guy Grundy,
Inc is not responsible for the shiping costs to send the product
back and you will not be refunded any shipping costs for the transaction.
Back
Orders
Occasionally
an item is temporarily unavailable from a publisher or manufacturer.
This can happen due to increased demand for a product or a shortage
of raw materials. A Backorder Notice will appear if any item you
order is temporarily out of stock. If any product is not in stock
for an order, we will hold off shipment of your entire order until
all products are available. In most cases, backordered items are
available within 1 to 2 weeks. You will also be notified via e-mail
if an item is out of stock. You should place a separate order
containing only in-stock products to have it processed immediately.
Chargebacks
Please
note: charge for orders from Guy Grundy, Inc.com will
appear on your credit card statement under Guy Grundy, Inc. Guy
Grundy, Inc.com gets charged $25 by the merchant bank for any
chargeback issued by any customer. If the chargeback has been
disputed and if proof is shown that product has been successfully
delivered to the customer, then the customer will be charged an
additional $25 for the chargeback's transaction fee.
Account
Settlements
We settle all orders the day they are
received, which means your money is deposited into our account
the day the order comes through. If the product you ordered is
on back order or it is not available we will credit your account
as requested!
We handle all business over the internet or Via Fax. We are able
to offer better pricing and quicker service via the Internet and
Fax if preferred. This allows us to have all the information in
front of us and we can quickly and efficiently reply to your E-Mail.
We do not have a phone number available and we do not take or
