How often should I use Mederma?
You should massage Mederma into your scars two to four times per day for two months for new scars and three to four times a day for three to six months for existing scars. What should I do if itching or swelling develops after using Mederma Skin Care for Scars ™?
Minor itching is possible in the first week or two of application. If you experience severe itching or any swelling, discontinue use immediately and contact your doctor.

Yes. But it is not recommended for use near the eyes.
