Tribistol - What is it?
KAIZEN Tribistol® contains a proprietary Tribulus Terrestris extract which has been shown in clinical studies to increase both total and free testosterone, while Avena Sativa extract disproportionately increases unbound testosterone.

Tribulus Terrestris is an herb also known as the puncture vine, and has been used for centuries in Europe as a treatment for impotence and as a stimulant to help enhance sexual drive and performance.

On the athletic front, Tribulus Terrestris works by increasing lutenizing hormone (LH) in your body, which stimulates testosterone production. Several steroidal saponins have been identified as the bioactive constituents responsible for anabolic and aphrodisiac effects. Many experts believe that these saponins (of which protodioscin is the primary constituent) enable the body to produce more testosterone by raising the levels of the Luteinizing Hormone (LH). The increased testosterone levels will help athletes gain more lean muscle mass and lower body fat content as well as having a positive effect on strength and stamina.

Avena Sativa is actually an oat. For years it has been used for relaxation, anti-depressant, herpes, arthritis, indigestion, wrinkles, hemorrhoids, lower cholesterol and others.

Research has found Avena Sativa works by freeing up testosterone that is stuck to other compounds in you body.
